The Dr’s Formula brand is the combined expertise of Formosa Biomedical Research & Development Center, Chang Gung Medical Team and a diverse group of medical experts based in Taiwan.
With our roots in healthcare, academia and manufacturing, we came together to develop functional and medically safe products that champion healthy living and promote our customer’s wellbeing.
We specialise in personal care products for daily use. Products in our portfolio include: Shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, baby care products, functional textile products, hair styling products, antibacterial spray, and more.

Involved in the process is a team of certified experts and dermatologists, who provide medical input and quality assurance, and conduct clinical trials to ensure the formula really works.

Our products meet international safety standards. Before reaching you, our formulas go through a 28-day clinical trial with multiple test stages and user feedback. This is conducted with medical professionals from Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan’s largest medical network.
Once a product passes the testing stage, it is produced in our Certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 facility, equipped with advanced biomedical technologies and in compliance with world safety guidelines.

Formosa Biomedical Technology Corporation (FBC) was formed in 2004, integrating the Formosa Plastics Group’s core sectors of manufacturing, medical research, and academia.
Driven by a simple yet purposeful mission, Formosa Biomedical is dedicated to the manufacture of quality life products in the areas of cosmeceuticals, reagents, health supplements & food and household cleaning solutions.
Presently, Formosa Biomedical aims to go beyond the manufacture of products and grow alongside its corporate partners in areas of life development, biology, biochemistry, medicine, medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
Formosa Biomedical also partners with university hospitals and medical facilities to develop diagnostic reagents, medical instrumentation and healthcare products. In support of biomedical research and development efforts, the company invests in Chang Gung University and several academic institutes, fostering a united medical body across several frontiers.
